This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and requesting refunds.

Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).
  • The product must be in its original packaging (if any).
  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., items with names, numbers, or custom prints) are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.

Items returned outside the 14-day window, or not meeting the above conditions, may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of the item (for damaged or incorrect products)
  2. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorization along with the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Please do not send any items back without contacting our team first.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping fees if applicable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned in poor condition
  • Returns initiated after the return period
  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in production or shipment processing and cannot be canceled.

7. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or refund. These include clearance items or special limited-time promotions. Please check product pages carefully before purchasing.
